Red duck
Instructions
Put on a pot of fire where the duck does not exceed more than 2/3 of its capacity and bring it to the right, place the duck and Brown on both sides, combine tomatoes with minced parsley, 1 pinch of salt, white wine and 2 ladles of water.
Bake for 20 minutes at moderate heat, then add the previously boiled onions and finish cooking for another 20 minutes.

- 1 1000 g duck
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Parsley
- 500 g of blanched onions
- White wine
- 1 pinch of salt
