Grape and pear compote
Instructions
Peel the pears, cut them in half and put them in a saucepan.
Spolverizzarle with sugar and a little cinnamon and cover with the wine.
Put on the heat and cook until the pears soften.
Wash and shell the grapes.
Remove pears from heat and arrange them on a large platter.
Pour into casserole grapes and boil for a few minutes then pour over pears.
Serve warm compost.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears kaiser
- Cluster 1 of muscat grapes
- 50 cl of red wine
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon powder
