Spinach shells
Instructions
Boil spinach in salted water, drain, squeeze, pass them to the Mashers, get them seasoning in a saucepan with the butter, then add the cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Cook pasta al dente in salted water, season it with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve hot.

- 500 g of type pasta shells
- 450 g of spinach
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass of cream
- Nutmeg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
