Instructions
Season the duck inside and out; put in 1 pan with the butter, garlic and olive oil, and bake it in a hot oven at 210 degrees for 1 hour.
Then remove from pan and keep warm.
Degrease the cooking, combine onion, chopped carrot, sliced apples, grapes grainy and let Brown.
