Spice shells
Instructions
Cut the bacon into strips.
Whip and chop the onion.
Place over heat a pot with water, bring to a boil, add salt, add the shells and hand them in to cooking.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter in the oil, add the onion and let it wilt.
Add the bacon and FRY, stirring occasionally.
Add the cream and let thicken in medium flame, stirring.
Add the curry and saffron, stir and remove from heat.
Drain the pasta and pour into the pan with the sauce.
Let it blow up for a while and serve it hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of type pasta shells
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 onion
- 40 g of speck
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
