Shells with sausage
Instructions
Wash and dry herbs and blend together with the onion.
Put the butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the chopped.
Cook it to low fire and covered pot until onion is wilted but not colourful.
Combine sausage, peeled and diced, and cook until the pasta is cooked.
Boil shells in salted water, drain and coat with the sauce and Parmesan cheese

- 300 g of type pasta shells
- 200 g of onion
- Parsley
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Sage
- 30 g of butter
- 2 pork sausages
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
