Tinsel au gratin
Instructions
Brown garlic in oil, add the crumbled tuna, seasoning, sprinkle with the wine, let it evaporate, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Cook al dente, tinsel coat with the sauce preparation, pay it in an ovenproof dish, arrange over mozzarella cheese slices, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven.

- 400 g of tinsel-type pasta
- 50 g of green olives
- 50 g of black olives
- 200 g of tuna
- 1 mozzarella
- Parsley
- White wine
- Breadcrumbs
- Garlic
- Olive oil
