Juniper-Flavoured Rabbit
Instructions
Make a chopped garlic, Rosemary, Sage; crush the juniper berries in a mortar.
In a bowl mix the berries pounded, chopped, salt, pepper and cospargerne pieces of rabbit; Marinate them with vinegar, a little oil and wine.
Brown the rabbit in a little oil and garlic, cover with marinade and bring it to cooking.
Sifting through the cooking and serve the rabbit with the sauce.

- 1 rabbit cut into pieces
- Dry white wine
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 handful of juniper berries
- Garlic
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Salt
- White pepper
