Rabbit in white wine
Instructions
In a pan heat three tablespoons of olive oil, insaporitevi the garlic and thyme for a few minutes and then remove them.
Add the rabbit cut into pieces and Brown well.
Sprinkle the wine and let evaporate.

Pour half a glass of warm water, cover and cook for a quarter of an hour.
In another pan heat the remaining oil and insaporitevi, sweet, chopped shallots.
