Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and insaporitevi for 3 minutes Rosemary, Sage and parsley over the clove of garlic and bay leaf.
Add the rabbit cut into pieces and FRY well.
When the meat has browned, add salt, pepper, washed with wine.
Do evaporate, cover and cook at low heat for an hour.
A quarter of an hour before removing from heat experience so that the gravy dries a bit.
Remove garlic and Bay leaves, pour the lemon juice.
Bake again for 5 minutes to fire.
Serve immediately.
