Rabbit with beer in the microwave
Instructions
Cut the rabbit into pieces and flour it.
Put into the onion, chopped Bacon, butter and Rosemary and lie down on the rabbit by arranging the edges more fleshy parts.
Beer sprayed, cover and cook for 15 minutes in the microwave at 600 W, turning once the pieces of meat.
Add salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 15 minutes at 600 W.
During cooking turn the bowl and turn it a few times the pieces of meat by adding if necessary still beer.
Let stand for 5 minutes and serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.

- 1 already cleaned rabbit from 1200 g
- Flour
- 30 g of bacon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 20 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of beer
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
