Instructions

Cut the rabbit into pieces and put it in a baking pan with a clove of garlic, salt and pepper.

Apart from dilute the flour with a few spoonful of cream, then diluted with the rest of the cream.

Pour the mixture on the Bunny turning the pieces so that the sauce covers them well.

Put in oven at medium heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle the meat with some chopped parsley, place it on a serving dish and serve.
