Instructions
In a saucepan for steaming boil 100 cl of salt water with the garlic cloves, peeled 2 sprigs of Sage and Rosemary 2; turn off and let stand for 10 minutes.
Bring to a boil and add the washed potatoes in their skins.
Place the rabbit thighs, salt and pepper in Bowl, add the remaining Sage leaves and cook for 40 minutes.
Serve the rabbit with peeled boiled potatoes.

- 8 rabbit legs
- 3 sprigs of sage
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 8 small potatoes
