Instructions
Toast the bread and rub it out with the garlic, then sprinkling it with a little olive oil.
Peel the figs and chop in Blender with anchovies.
Spread the mixture over the bread, then sprinkle with chopped chives.

- 4 slices of homemade wholemeal bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 400 g of ripe figs
- 6 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Chopped chives
