Brown in butter the pieces of floured rabbit.
Separately, in hot water, combine the two nuts preparing the broth to add, little by little, the rabbit if it dries too.
The browned rabbit combine wine, shallots, then, begin to pour the broth.
In the finished dish, garnish with parsley.
