Instructions

Melt the butter and add the chopped vegetables and bay leaf.

Add the rabbit and roast it.

Add salt, pepper and add the tomato paste and 1 tablespoon oil.

Stir and taste.

Combine the pitted olives.

Cover and cook over medium heat for about 2 hours.

Serve the rabbit sprayed from cooking.
