Rabbit with potatoes
Instructions
Flour the pieces of rabbit.
1 In saucepan put the chopped onion, Bay leaves, Sage, Rosemary and Bacon chopped too fine.
Add the oil and heat it.
Join the rabbit, place it in 1 single layer and FRY.
Sprinkle with 1/2 glass of wine, let it evaporate and add 1/2 glass of water.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Combine the potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces, add salt, pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.
