Instructions
Marinate the rabbit for 2 hours in water and lemon.
Coarsely chop the capers, olives, anchovies, garlic, Sage and Rosemary and cook the whole thing.
Join the rabbit drained, sugar, vinegar and Cook, covered, over low heat.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
