Instructions
Rub the pieces of rabbit with a clove of garlic.
In a Pan fry in oil, chopped Bacon saucepan Council stew together a sprig of Rosemary and whole garlic cloves, pour the wine, cover and bring to the meat cooking flame.
When the wine is completely evaporated, remove from heat, let stand covered about 10 minutes and then serve.
