Instructions

Private tomatoes of the petiole and wash them with a great deal of care.

Crush internal liquid and puree in Blender.

Repeat this operation several times to remove any remaining seeds or skins.

Once this is done you can begin to put the past in the bottles, putting in some Basil leaf.

Pick up iron CAP and close the bottles with the appropriate machine.

Now place in a pot with the bottom covered with rags and each layer of bottles put others so that these do not hit.

Cover with water, bring to a boil and cook a couple of hours.

Let cool and store the bottles in a cool, dark place.
