Boil the sugar snap peas al dente, drain and cut into chunks.
Scrape, wash and dry the fries.
Heat 6 tablespoons oil and add the fries.
Brown them turning often.
Lower the heat, add salt, pepper and bring to boiling.
After about 15 minutes, add the snow peas and peanuts, let stand for a few minutes and serve.
