Instructions
Put the cream of rice in a small saucepan of enamel, stemperatela with a few tablespoons of milk until you achieve a smooth and without lumps pappetta that, slowly, to dilute with milk.
Then add the sugar and put the pan on the heat, bring the cream to the boil slowly and then bake it for 10 minutes, without ceasing to stir.

You consolidate the cream, then put on it, leaving the glasses always inclined, a layer of Brown and cream, when even this will be thickened, supplemented with other yellow cream.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours and serve in cups well cold, after being trimmed with the cherries.
