The grapefruit cup
Instructions
Divide slices and grapefruit Peel.
Drain the apricots and macedonia.
Liquidise the blueberries.
Place at the bottom of a large grapefruit segments Cup, cover with half of the whipped cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and mixed to the past of blueberries.
Deploy the macedonia, then the rest of the cream.
Decorate with apricot and chocolate drops.

- 2 pink grapefruits
- 1 box of macedonia in syrup
- 1 box of apricots in syrup
- 250 g of cream
- 200 g of blueberries
- Icing sugar
- Few drops of chocolate
