Fruit cup
Instructions
Cut fruit slices, keep some aside and join to rest 1 tablespoon sugar and a piece of lemon peel.
Heat the milk with the zest of 1/2 lemon, work the egg with sugar, incorporate the cornstarch sifted and dilute with milk.
Cook the mixture, stirring often.
Allow to cool the cream and add the fruit.
Serve with biscuits.
