Instructions
Lightly toast on baking and chopping hazelnuts coarsely.
Grate the chocolate, combine 4 cups of water and melt in a Bain-Marie.
Distribute ice cream in individual cups, coat the surface with a little honey, cover with the chopped hazelnuts and pour a little hot chocolate.
Sprinkle with brandy, set fire to the liquor and serve.

- 150 g of chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2 cups of brandy
