Cup and pears with gorgonzola sauce
Instructions
Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices.
Place them in a radial pattern on 4 dishes to share.
Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent blackening.
Accommodated in flower, on each round of pears, the fourth part of the slices.
Melt, hot, gorgonzola cheese.
Join the bechamel sauce and stir well.
Pour the hot sauce thus obtained on the prepared plate.
Garnish with some walnuts.
Complete the preparation by placing at the Centre of the plate with a sprig of parsley.
Tips: to melt the cheese without sticking to the bottom of the bowl, use a bowl, immersed in a water bath, gently boil; for garnish, use parsley riccio, less aromatic, but decorative.
Suggested wine: Oltrepò Pavese Barbera.

- 200 g of sliced cup
- 4 pears
- 80 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 40 g of béchamel sauce ready
- Walnut kernels
- 1 lemon
