Instructions
Stir together the egg yolks, sugar, marsala wine and water.
Do heat and stir until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Remove from heat and continue to stir for 10 minutes.
Add half of the whipped cream and pour into ice cream maker.
Served by putting the mixture into the ice cream cups, decorated with whipped cream and candied violets.

- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 tablespoon of water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
- 1/2 cup of whipped
- 4 candied violets
