The cups mandarin oranges
Instructions
Drain the tangerines and immerse them in the liquor.
Leave them like this for 15 minutes and then pass them to the Blender along with the almonds.
Embed the whole thing at spaisequark.
Prepare gelatin putting it to soak in warm water.
Squeeze it well and embed the mass already prepared by mixing well.
Wait until the mixture hardens a little.
Take the cups and this mixture alternating with the cream that you previously installed.
Place in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 box of mandarins (360 g boxes)
- 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur
- 50 g of peeled almonds
- 200 g of spaisequark
- 4 sheets of white jelly
- 15 cl of cream
- To decorate:
- Strawberries (or biscuits)
