Apricot cups
Instructions
Puree the apricots.
Put on the heat a casserole with 1/2 litre of water and scioglieteci the sugar until it becomes a syrup.
Let cool and add the apricot puree, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and place in the ice cream maker.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1000 g of ripe apricots
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
