The peach cups
Instructions
Combine egg yolks, sugar, flour, milk and cook over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon for about 15-18 minutes until the cream going back to boil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then allow to cool and incorporate vermouth and 10 wafer crumbs.
Divide into 4 bowls, sprinkle with crushed biscuits and place on each 2 half peach.
Decorate as desired.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 170 g of chocolate wafer cookies
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 4 tablespoons of vermouth
- 4 half peach compote
