Instructions
Peel the oranges and the divide the cloves into 4 bowls.
In a saucepan, over low heat, melt the apricot jam, let it cool and mix the yoghurt.
Mix and divide the mixture into bowls, garnish with the candied diced Peel and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 oranges
- 3 jars of whole yoghurt
- 10 g of candied orange zest
- 4 tablespoons of apricot jam
