Cinnamon and banana cups
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, are swollen and then add a teaspoon of cinnamon and egg whites are firm.
Gently stir the cream and divide it into 4 individual cups.
Garnish with banana slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve immediately.

- 1 great ripe banana
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of vanilla icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
