Chocolate Cups (Coppe di Cioccolato)
Instructions
Work In a saucepan the butter, sugar and egg yolks, add the flour, cocoa and milk, mixing well so that you don't leave lumps.
Bring to a boil stirring continuously clockwise and cook for about 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into 4 individual cups and refrigerate.
When serving, you can decorate with a shackle.

- 70 == G Flour
- 70 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 60 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 g of cocoa
