Brown cream cups
Instructions
Prepare the vanilla ice cream and let it freeze.
Keep aside for four Brown decor and other fairly small pieces, putting them in a bowl: decorate with maraschino, mix them and let them soak for about 30 minutes.
Whip the cream.
Place the vanilla ice cream into a bowl and add chopped chestnuts, well drained from maraschino.
Spread the ice cream with chestnuts in individual dessert cups and decorate as desired with whipped cream.
At the center of each Cup you put a brown.
Keep in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 12 brown
- 1 dram of maraschino
- 300 g of whipping cream
