Instructions

Peel the fruit, cut it into small pieces and put it in a Cup.

Prepare a cream with 2 egg yolks, sugar, milk and flour.

Let it cook until it thickened, let cool and add 1 egg white mounted to snow.

Pour the cream on fruit, stir and serve in individual cups cold.
