Peach sundaes
Instructions
Mix ice cream with peaches and with the liquor.
Breakdown the aim in bowls and sprinkle with the chopped crispy.
Place the cream in a pastry bag fitted with nozzle and press it.
Formed many sprigs on top of each Cup.
Decorated with mint leaves and serve For the crispy: skinned hazelnuts.
In a saucepan, place sugar, water and lemon juice.
Cook, stirring until the sugar is melted.
Add the halved hazelnuts, stir until the sugar turns a nice amber color.
Turn onto a lightly greased surface and let cool.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 800 g of ice fishing
- 4 yellow chopped peaches
- 100 g of crisp
- 1 dram of peach liqueur
- 150 g of whipped
- Some leaves of mint
- For the crispy:
- 50 g of hazelnuts
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of water
