Bowls of rice
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk with the lemon zest and vanilla, add the rice and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the butter, sugar and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Allow to cool after eliminating the zest and vanilla.
Beat the egg with the liquor and incorporate it to the rice, stir quickly and spread the rice into 4 bowls.
Keep in refrigerator at least 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with cinnamon and pine nuts.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of rice
- 50 cl of milk
- 80 g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of orange liqueur
- Cinnamon powder
- Pine nuts
