Instructions

Prepare the ' lemon sorbet (see recipe).

While the sorbet is in the freezer then freeze the cups you will use to present.

When serving, formed with the tool supplied, balls of sorbet and distribute them in icy cups.

Pour on some sorbet TSP raspberry syrup and garnish each cup with fresh raspberries.

Serve immediately.
