Instructions
Drain the cherries from the syrup and keep aside the latter.
Put them in 1 Bowl and sprinkle with the distillate.
Work the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons icing sugar, then incorporate the mascarpone, egg white snow and mounted 3 tablespoons syrup.
Make the bottom of 1 layer of 4 cups cherries, with a little of the distillate of maceration, then 1 layer of cream and a few cherry and cream.
Decorate with cherries in the center of the 1 cups.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of pitted cherries in syrup
- 300 g of mascarpone
- 1 dram of maraschino
- Icing sugar
- 1 egg
