Sturgeon bowl
Instructions
Very finely chop the flesh of sturgeon, add the shallots, chives and capers are also very finely chopped.
Season the mixture with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
Reach into or in a Crystal Bowl and garnish with the tomatoes peeled and cut into cubes.
Place in the fridge.
Serve with warm triangles of toast

- 2 very firm red tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- Chives
