Strawberry Cups (Coppette Alle Fragole)
Instructions
Mix the strawberries with sugar and yoghurt, put the mixture into a bowl, add the isinglass softened in cold water and dissolved over heat, gin and the whipped cream.
Mix well, divide the mixture into four bowls, keep in the refrigerator for about two hours, garnish with whole strawberries and serve.

- 400 g of strawberries
- 1 jar of nonfat yogurt
- 25 cl of cream
- 2 sheets of isinglass
- 2 tablespoons of gin
- 100 g of icing sugar
