Baked whitefish
Instructions
Clean and gut fish; wash and dry them.
Season outside and inside.
Stuff each with chopped garlic, onion, celery, carrot and chopped Basil in hand; must be flushed with a little olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Lay the whitefish in a baking pan and bake in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 4 whitefish small from 250 g
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 leaves of basil
- Olive oil extra-vergine del garda
- Salt
