Whitefish fashionable of garda
Instructions
Clean and gut the fish and lessarlo in vegetable broth.
In 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the anchovies, dampening their effect; to warm the squid slices and add capers and finely chopped parsley and a drizzle of raw oil.
Stir to mix the sauce and pour it over the fish fillets.

- 2 whitefish from 1200 g each
- 4 anchovies
- 80 g of salted capers
- 100 cl of already salty vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra-vergine del garda
- 50 g of parsley
