Instructions

Roll out the dough and cut 12 strips 2 cm wide.

Dampen them and wrap around Tin cones.

Arrange on the baking plate moistened, beat the yolk and fillet on croissants.

Cook in hot oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Prepare scrambled eggs and these fill croissants, decorate them with bricks of emmenthal cheese and serve.
