Legs to brandy
Instructions
Flambé, wash and dry the Turkey legs, then cut the tendons to prevent cooking the skin curl.
Place them in a large bowl, sprinkle some thyme and rosemary leaves, chopped.
Add salt, pepper, cover them with brandy and let them marinate for at least 3 hours.
Put and place them in a greased baking dish.
Bake in hot oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes while turning them until they and bathing them with the marinade.
