Chop the Rosemary, thyme, oregano and put 3 tablespoons in a pan where rolling the lamb.
Add salt and pepper and place in the oven and leave to cook for 15 minutes every 400 g of meat.
Over cooking served the flesh spilling over the remaining herbs and accompanying everything with fries and green beans that you previously boiled in water and passed into the butter.
