Leg of Lamb with herbs
Instructions
Mince together the garlic and herbs add a bay leaf chopped.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and diluted with 50 g of oil.
Place the leg in a large dish and spennellatelo with herb sauce.
Let stand for at least 2 hours.
Turn oven to 200 degrees; place the leg in a baking dish with the remaining oil and bake.
Cook for 1 hour and a half.
