Costarelle with beans
Instructions
In a Pan fry in oil, chopped celery, carrot and onion: When vegetables are dried, pour le costatelle cut in half, salt and pepper and saute for a few minutes, then add the tomato sauce, the beans and cook basting with a little lukewarm water for 45 minutes.
