Cut spare ribs, separated from each other, forming i.

many pieces as there are bones.
Brown in butter and oil and add-then-the celery, onion and chopped carrot, leaving season.
Add salt, pepper, and add the tomato sauce to a couple of ladles of broth; cover with the lid and cook for an hour and a half.
Combine the potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces and finish cooking, adding more broth if necessary.
