Sweet and sour ribs with cabbage
Instructions
Place meat in large skillet.
Let it cook on medium heat on both sides.
Mix separately (for 6 pork chops): 1 chopped onion, 1 cup tomato juice 1/4 cup of vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and pour this mixture over the meat.
Cover the pan.
Cook over medium heat until water layer formation.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Now, add 5 cups of shredded cabbage.
Cover the Pan and Cook 10 more minutes since the water layer will be reformed.
Remove the pork chops.
Mix the cabbage in the sauce and serve immediately.
